Alan Le Roy

Alan Le Roy has over 40 years of experience in Learning and Development. Alan began their career in 1978 as a Training Officer at Kirklees MC, where they were responsible for Supervisor Training and Special needs such as Customer Care and IT for Managers and staff. Alan was later promoted to Management Development Adviser. In 1986, they became Employee Development Manager at Grattan Plc, where they managed the Company Employee Involvement Programme to achieve improvements in quality, productivity and cost savings, as well as delivering management development and training services. In 1990, they joined Aviva plc as a Senior Training Consultant and was later promoted to GA Life Senior Training Consultant. In 1998, they became an Independent Consultant and subcontracted for KPMG, The Prudential, and Royal Mail. Alan also worked as a Management Development Consultant at United Assurance PLC and a Management Development Adviser at Royal London. In 2002, they became a Learning Consultant at ABBEY BANK, and in 2008 they joined Huthwaite International as a Business Development Consultant. Since 2019, they have been working as an Independent Learning and Development Consultant.

Alan Le Roy's education history includes a diploma in Business Coaching from Business Practitioner between 1995 and 1996, a CIPD in Human Resource Management from Huddersfield University between 1979 and 1986, and an HNC Business Studies from WAkefield Tech between 1978 and 1979.
