Marianne King has a long and varied work experience. Marianne started their career in 2007 as a Regional Business and Magazine Manager for Johnston Press. In 2011, they were promoted to Regional Commercial Manager- Property Sector for Johnston Press. In 2012, they moved to Johnston Publishing Ltd where they were a Regional Commercial Manager, managing a motors advertising team covering a 70 mile radius. In 2014, they joined Prospect Training (Yorkshire) Ltd as a Sales and Marketing/Business Development Manager, responsible for the delivery of the marketing, sales, and customer service strategy. Currently, they are a Client Relationship Executive at Huthwaite International.
Marianne King attended Swinton Comprehensive School from 1980 to 1984, where they studied O Levels. In 2018 and 2019, they completed ongoing CPD within various roles. In 2021, they obtained certifications in VBA Complex Negotiation Skills from Huthwaite International and SPIN®Selling from Huthwaite International.
