Nick M.

Nick M. has worked in the training and development field since 1987. Nick began their career at Nationwide Building Society as a Sales Negotiator and Valuer, then moved up to Regional Sales Trainer/Training Manager and National Training Manager. In 1996, they became Business Training Manager at Woodchester Credit Lyonaisse, followed by a role as Warehousing and Distribution Training Manager at Next plc in 1998. In 2003, they joined Next Directory as Head of Training and Development, and in 2005 they became Head of Operations (India). Since 2011, they have been Director of Learning Solutions at Huthwaite International, leading the Learning Solutions and Skills Development Team and researching and creating new intellectual property and programme content. Nick is also responsible for designing and developing learning and development solutions to enhance Huthwaite's existing suite of world-class training programmes.

Nick M. obtained a BA (Honours) in Economics and Politics from London Metropolitan University between 1984 and 1987. Nick has also obtained two certifications, Inside Sales - SPIN Persuasive Presentations from Huthwaite International in April 2019, and Personality and Preferences Indicator (PAPI).
