Rochelle Lepper

Rochelle Lepper serves as an HR Business Partner at Hutt City Council since January 2021, bringing extensive experience in human resources from previous roles in various organizations. Prior positions include People and Culture Business Partner at Te Tūāpapa Kura Kāinga - Ministry of Housing and Urban Development NZ, HR Business Partner at Earthquake Commission (EQC) and Parliamentary Service in New Zealand, as well as a Human Resources Advisor at New Zealand Trade and Enterprise and HR Advisor at Inland Revenue NZ. Rochelle Lepper holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Massey University and a B Bursary from Nga Tawa School.
