Dr. Peter Biele

Dr. Peter Biele is an experienced leader in the metallurgical and materials engineering sectors, currently serving as CTO at Hüttenwerke Krupp Mannesmann GmbH since July 2024. Previously, Dr. Biele held the position of CEO at thyssenkrupp Rasselstein GmbH and served as a board member at EHW AG from 2011 to June 2024. Additionally, Dr. Biele was the CEO of thyssenkrupp Electrical Steel GmbH and Eisen- und Hüttenwerke AG between 2010 and 2016. Dr. Biele earned a Dr.-Ing. degree in Metallurgie und Werkstofftechnik from RWTH Aachen University from 1986 to 1991.
