Kim Hayes

Kimberley Hayes is a seasoned professional in the nondestructive testing (NDT) industry with extensive experience in business development and innovation. As the Founder of Valkim Technologies, LLC since November 2020, Kimberley focuses on the advancement of NDE 4.0 technologies. Prior to this role, Kimberley served as the Director of Global Business Development at VMI, where a comprehensive understanding of radiographic testing (RT) was essential. With previous roles including Business Development Manager at Olympus IMS and ITW, as well as a long tenure at Magnaflux, Kimberley has demonstrated expertise in strategic initiatives for the oil and gas sector. Educational credentials include an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, a Bachelor's degree in Science from Jacksonville State University, a Six Sigma Greenbelt certification from California State University, Fullerton, and a certificate in Artificial Intelligence - Business Strategy from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
