Sara Notargiacomo has extensive experience in technology transfer and entrepreneurship. Sara co-founded Huxelerate in 2019, a company that democratizes high-performance computing by providing a software development environment. Prior to this, they co-founded Arox in 2018, which focuses on IoT solutions for the Industry 4.0 sector. Sara also worked as a Technology Transfer Manager at NECSTLab at Politecnico di Milano, where they developed a methodology to accelerate technology transfer from academia to industry. Additionally, they served as the General Manager at Smartweek.it from 2013 to 2016 and as a Junior Strategy Consultant at CRIOS, a research center at Università Bocconi. Sara's expertise includes sustainability consulting and conducting research on the relationship between sustainability and economic performance.

Sara Notargiacomo completed their education in a chronological manner. Sara started their academic journey at Liceo linguisto Alessandro Manzoni from 2005 to 2010, where they obtained a Diploma in lingue e letterature: inglese, francese e spagnolo. Sara then pursued a Bachelor's degree at Università Bocconi from 2010 to 2013, majoring in Economics and social sciences. During their undergraduate studies, they also participated in an exchange program at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid in 2013, focusing on economics. Sara further continued their education at Università Bocconi for their Master of Science (MS) degree from 2013 to 2016, specializing in Economics and social disciplines.

In addition to their formal education, Sara Notargiacomo has obtained several certifications. Sara completed the "Introduction to the Internet of Things and Embedded Systems" course offered by the Invention Transfer Group at the University of California, Irvine in March 2017. Sara also obtained the "Hello Design Thinking" certification from IDEO in July 2020.
