Steve Hales is a business consultant and marketing consultant with over 10 years of experience working with startups, small to medium sized businesses, and engineering companies. Steve is currently the Business Director at Huxley Bertram Engineering, and has previously worked as a marketing consultant at Camvine. During their time at Camvine, they were Head of Sales & Marketing.

Steve has a long history of working in business development and sales, and has closed deals with some of the world's leading corporates, healthcare providers, educational institutions, and advertising agencies. In 2012, they were part of the team that sold Camvine's CODA technology to an undisclosed buyer.

Steve is a highly experienced business professional with a proven track record of success in helping companies to grow and achieve their goals. Steve is passionate about helping businesses to reach their full potential, and takes a hands-on approach to their work. Steve's clients have included Huxley Bertram Engineering, Sapien.it, Camvine, Green Energy Options, Audio Analytics, Bright-speech, and Newton Technology Group.

Steve Hales has an MBA with distinction in entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial studies from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School. Steve also has a BSc in physics from The University of Manchester. For their A levels, they studied maths, physics, and chemistry at Cowbridge Comprehensive.

Steve Hales works with Lawrence Huxley - Senior Engineer & Director, John Bettey - Senior Engineer & Director, and Dennis Hayes - Quality Engineering Manager. Steve Hales reports to William Bertram, Co-founder, Senior Engineer & Director.
