Dalal Al Matrouk is a Principal Executive Search Consultant at Huxley since February 2021, specializing in Giga Projects talent acquisition management aligned with KSA's 2030 Vision. With a focus on succession planning and advisory services across semi-government, private, and governmental sectors, Dalal has a proven track record in identifying and approaching high-caliber candidates, conducting comprehensive candidate assessments, and managing sensitive leadership transitions. Previous roles include serving as a Kuwaiti Citizens Representative at the General Consulate of the State of Kuwait, and extensive experience within the GCC market as an Executive Search Consultant. Dalal holds an MBA in Human Resource Management, a diploma in Innovation Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
