Sharon Santosh Ninan

Sharon Santosh Ninan is a seasoned professional in the fields of strategy and technology consulting, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Huxley since August 2022, following roles as an Associate Consultant and Consultant. Prior to joining Huxley, Sharon held the position of Recruitment Researcher at Michael Page for a brief period in mid-2022 and gained experience as a Recruitment Consultant at SearchPlus HR Dubai from July 2018 to September 2019. Earlier in 2018, Sharon worked as a Recruiter at Amity University Dubai. Sharon holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management (CIPD Accredited) from the University of Liverpool, earned between September 2019 and December 2021, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration from Amity University Dubai, completed in November 2018.
