Cynthia Ofosu

Cynthia Ofosu, MBA, is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in facilitating leadership collaborations and managing project operations. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Smart Building Technologies - A Fidelity Company since March 2022, Cynthia effectively bridges communication between leadership teams. Prior to this role, Cynthia managed projects at BOLAND from February 2018 to March 2022, where responsibilities included creating and executing project work plans and overseeing day-to-day operations. Previous experience includes serving as an Assistant Project Manager and as a Social Service Coordinator at Premier Staffing Source, Inc., developing systems for project efficiency and managing a significant case load.
