Theophilus Aluko Pe

Theophilus Aluko, PE, CEM is an accomplished engineer specializing in energy services, currently serving as an Engineer at OLA Consulting Engineers, PC since May 2023. Aluko is a member of the Board of Directors for The Association of Energy Engineers - Baltimore, where responsibilities include corporate development programming and leading a Youth Education & Work Readiness Initiative to support future Energy and Sustainability Engineers. Prior experience includes roles at HVAC Concepts as a Systems Design & Application Engineer, at Fidelity Building Services Group focusing on power systems, and at PRIME AE Group, Inc. contributing to HVAC design and analysis. Aluko also provided performance analysis for the Maryland Department of Transportation and conducted research at the University of Virginia. Aluko is pursuing further education at the MIT Sloan School of Management (2020 - 2024) and holds a degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
