Krishna Baderia

Krishna Baderia began their work experience as an Offshore Development Manager at Diaspark Inc in 1999. Krishna then worked at FreeMarkets as a Sr. Developer for six months in 2002 before joining 3Com as a Sr. Developer for seven months in 2003. After that, Krishna worked at Southern California Edison as a Development Lead for one year, followed by a four-year tenure at Countrywide Securities Corporation as an AVP, Sr. Architect. Krishna then joined Bank of America as a Consultant for one year before transitioning to American Honda Motor Company, Inc. as an Architect for eight months. Krishna returned to Bank of America as an SVP, Sr. Architect and held the position for five years. In 2015, they became the CEO of Hvantage Technologies Inc. USA, where they currently lead a team of technologists and operations associates providing various solutions to customers in finance, logistics, e-commerce, and mobile industries.

Later on, between 2015 and 2017, they pursued an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from USC Marshall School of Business.
