Akif Ahmad is a construction professional with a diverse background in various roles within the field. Currently serving as a Construction Inspector at HVEA Engineers since February 2023, Akif prepares daily reports detailing contractor work, labor, equipment, and performs measurements for payment, while also interpreting construction drawings and specifications. Prior experience at HVEA Engineers includes a role as a Material Testing Technician from September 2019 to August 2022. Additional experience includes positions as a Laborer at Palisades Home Improvements, a Service Representative at 24 Hour Fitness, and a Construction Inspector at the NYS Department of Transportation. Akif holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management Engineering Technology from Farmingdale State College and an Associate of Science in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Rockland Community College.
