Deborah Finn is an experienced civil engineer with a career spanning over three decades, currently serving as an Office Engineer at HVEA Engineers since May 2022. Previously, Deborah worked for the NYS Department of Transportation for 33 years, retiring as a Civil Engineer in Construction. Notable projects include involvement in the Route 28 over Esopus Bridge Replacement and the state's first 3D Model-based paperless project. Deborah's expertise encompasses traffic safety, mobility, design, and inspection, with key contributions to the Statewide 619 Work Zone Traffic Control Standard Sheet Revision Team. Deborah holds an Associate of Science degree from Ulster County Community College and further education from Marist College.
