Mouneer Frzly

Mouneer Frzly is a Senior Construction Inspector at HVEA Engineers, with experience since May 2017 on significant projects including the rehabilitation of the Main Street Bridge over Bronx River Parkway and various bridge preservation and repair projects for the MTA. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Site Supervisor at Blackstone Group and a Site Engineer at Eng. Ezzat Al-shatta engineering office. Mouneer’s earlier career involved internships and summer training focused on civil engineering. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Damascus University, obtained between 2007 and 2012.
