Currently, Frank serves at HVK Stevens since May 2018, following a long tenure at Meijburg & Co from October 2002 to April 2018. Frank holds a Master's degree in Fiscal Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and has furthered education through European Fiscal Studies at Erasmus University Rotterdam, as well as studies at Università per Stranieri di Perugia.
