Valerie Boogaard-Jowers

Valerie Boogaard-Jowers is an experienced team manager at HVO-Querido, overseeing the Expertisecentrum since January 2019, where expertise in themes such as Housing First, sex work, and human trafficking is developed and maintained. Prior to this role, Valerie served as Team Manager for Housing First from May 2008 to May 2016, focusing on process coordination, team coaching, and innovative counseling methods. Valerie's professional journey began with Médecins Sans Frontières as a procurement operations officer, where responsibilities included managing deliveries and import procedures across various countries. Additional experience includes positions at EuronAid, Epson Europe B.V., and Humana Mozambique. Valerie holds a Master's degree in Management of Non-Profit Organizations from ESADE Business & Law School and a degree in Social Integration from Madrid.
