Brian Arevalo

Brian Arevalo has extensive experience in the hospitality and real estate sectors, currently serving as Senior Vice President at HVS since August 2012. Throughout a successful career at HVS, Brian has held various leadership titles, including Director, Vice President, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager. Additionally, Brian served as Director at U.S. Hotel Appraisals from August 2012 to November 2022 and as Corporate Treasurer at College Houses Cooperative from September 2011 to May 2012, where responsibilities included monitoring operational budgets and reporting on financial health. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Technology Commercialization from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of North Texas, complemented by studies at Cornell University and the University of Southern California.
