Sr. Vice President Emil Iskandar Capital Markets

Emil Iskandar is currently the Senior Vice President of Capital Markets at HVS since March 2021. Prior to this role, Emil worked at Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation as the Director of the National Hospitality Group from October 2014 to July 2020. Before that, Emil held the position of Director of Acquisitions at Triton Investment Company from July 2009 to February 2013. Emil also has experience as the Vice President of Capital Markets at HVS Capital Corp (previously Sonnenblick Goldman) from April 2000 to July 2009. Emil pursued their education at the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business.
