Chelsea Heyward

Chelsea Heyward, Ed.D, currently serves as the Athletic Director and DEI Specialist at Harvard-Westlake School. With a robust background in academia and athletics, Chelsea is also a Research Associate and Adjunct Professor at Morehouse College, focusing on Sport, Culture, and Power, and holds an Adjunct Professor position at California State University, Long Beach, teaching Sport and US Culture. Previous roles include leadership positions with Players Coalition and LaChica Sports & Entertainment, as well as various social media and digital media coordination roles with CIF Southern Section and other organizations. Chelsea's academic credentials include a Doctor of Education from the University of Southern California, a Master's in Sport Management, and a Bachelor's in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach, alongside international educational experiences in Japan and Italy.
