David Wall

David Wall is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Managing Director and Co-Head of Private Equity at HWF Partners since January 2021, David previously held roles including Director and Associate Director at the same firm. Prior experience includes serving as M&A Counsel at ION and Senior Associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP. David began their career as an Associate at Travers Smith and Addleshaw Goddard LLP, specializing in corporate law. David holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Cardiff University and completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Moorgate.
