Terry A. Ruhl

Terry Ruhl joined Lochner as board chairman in 2021 and assumed the role of chief executive officer in January of 2022. A 32-year A/E industry veteran, Terry has extensive leadership and infrastructure development experience having previously served as a member of CH2M’s board of directors and corporate leadership council, as well as president of the company’s Transportation business and National Governments client sector. Terry also holds a doctorate in evidence-based management, focusing on the analysis of mergers and acquisitions in the A/E industry.
