Katie Watt

Katie Watt has over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Executive Director at HWS Specialty, where responsibilities include managing Account Brokers, leading client service and delivery, and overseeing operations. Since joining HWS Specialty in July 2008, Katie has held various leadership roles, including Executive Director for Corporate HWS Specialty and UK Retail. Prior to this, Katie worked as a Senior Account Broker, managing a UK client book and collaborating with Account Executives and underwriters. Earlier career experience includes positions as a Client Adviser at Marsh and Darwin Clayton (UK) Ltd. Katie completed education at Hugh Christie Technology College from 1998 to 2005.
