Mwende Mwololo

Mwende Mwololo is a Sustainability and ESG Analyst at HXE Partners. Mwende’s experience is in project management and environmental sustainability.

Prior to joining HXE, Mwende worked as a business analyst at Kenya Climate Innovation Centre (KCIC) where she promoted innovative strategies and clean energy practices for small and medium enterprises. Mwende has also worked as a project manager monitoring projects on waste effluent quality at the Kenya Tea Development Agency (KTDA). Within the United States, she has worked as an independent consultant for Air Quality Asia (AQA), a sustainability intern at 3R Sustainability and has experience as a teaching assistant in the United States and Australia.

Mwende holds a Master’s in Civil and Environmental Engineering with a specialization in Sustainability Science from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from the University of Nairobi in Kenya. She is a certified PRINCE2 Project Manager and Envision Sustainability Professional (ENV-SP).
