Previous roles include Parish Relations Coordinator for Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee, Division Vice President and General Manager at Cubic Designs Inc., and Executive Vice President and General Manager at Westpro Power Systems, LLC, where Jay Sugar transformed the start-up into a $17 million company within three years.
