Erika Ferrell

Erika Ferrell is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Director of Digital Enterprise Services at Hy Cite Enterprises, LLC, since May 2020. Prior to this role, Erika held various leadership positions at Sub-Zero Group, Inc., including Director of Shared Services and Director of IT, where responsibilities encompassed IT governance, application systems, infrastructure services, database administration, development teams, budget management, and security. Erika's career began at Dean Health System as a Help Desk Supervisor and progressed through various IT roles, demonstrating expertise in team development, strategy implementation, and enhancing IT value and effectiveness.
