Jodi M.

Jodi M. is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems administration and network support. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Administrator at Hy-Ko Products Company since January 2020, Jodi previously held the roles of Network Administrator and Help Desk Manager at The Step2 Company from 2011 to 2019, where responsibilities included providing advanced technical support and supervising help desk operations. Prior experience includes a long tenure at Windstream from 1997 to 2010 as a Network Support Technician and Desktop/LAN Support Engineer, managing installations, troubleshooting, and regional email support for a large user base. Jodi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems from Kent State University.
