Maayan Caspi

Maayan Caspi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer relations and commercial leadership. Currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at Hy Laboratories Ltd since April 2023, Maayan previously held the position of VP of Customer Relations at Tenengroup Ltd., leading a global team and overseeing customer service operations. Roles also included serving as COO at KolGene, where customer success and relationship management were prioritized, and product management at Pronto Diagnostics, focusing on marketing and sales. Earlier career stages involved teaching genetics at Tel Aviv University and managing training at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems. Maayan holds an MSc in Biotechnology from Tel Aviv University and a degree in Biotechnology engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
