Andrew Couch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical and strategic sales management. Currently serving as the Technical & Strategic Sales Manager at Hy-Pro Filtration since November 2018, Andrew focuses on providing solutions for oil conditioning issues to enhance equipment longevity and reliability while managing distribution channels across several states. Prior to this role, Andrew held the position of District Sales Manager at Kaman Distribution from April 2014 to November 2018, and served as an Account Manager/Power Generation Specialist at BW Rogers, where responsibilities included developing strategic sales plans and delivering engineered solutions. Earlier in their career, Andrew was the Director of Sales and Marketing at Bluegrass Brewing Co., overseeing all sales and promotional functions. Andrew Couch is a certified Power Generation Specialist and a graduate of Indiana University Southeast.
