Mike Flick

Mike Flick is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and technical support within the filtration and fluid power industries. Currently serving as a Field Technical Representative at Hy-Pro Filtration since June 2016, Mike develops and supports distributor-based sales for MRO users and OEMs, implementing comprehensive distribution plans across hydraulic, lubrication, and diesel fuel products. Prior to this role, Mike worked as a Regional Sales Specialist at BW Rogers Co from December 2007 to June 2016, where responsibilities included managing fluid power and electro-mechanical platforms to expand the New York region and develop new industrial accounts. Additionally, Mike served as an Account Manager at Hughes-HiTech, LLC from October 1996 to December 2007, managing customer accounts and successfully developing a new territory in Canada. Mike holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from SUNY Brockport, earned between 1990 and 1995.
