Oswaldo Franco Mimenza

Oswaldo Franco Mimenza has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Production Manager at Huevo Guadalupe, where they were responsible for planning production, logistics, quality, and managing a large number of employees. Oswaldo successfully achieved quality certifications during their tenure.

From 2013 to 2017, Oswaldo worked as a Representative Plant Operation at CHEP (BRAMBLES), where they managed the supply chain to meet the demands of national and export clients. Oswaldo also ensured safety and quality standards were met.

In 2018, Oswaldo joined ALFA GROUP as the Chief Operating Officer, leading planning, logistics, and customer service, and effectively managing a customer/site Profit & Loss statement. Oswaldo worked closely with the General Manager on key property issues.

In 2019, Oswaldo became the Director of Sales and Business Development at Hy-Pro Filtration, managing the client portfolio and creating new opportunities for business growth. Oswaldo also maintained relationships with suppliers, banks, customers, customs, and logistics agencies.

Currently, Oswaldo is the Regional Manager of Sales and Business Operation at hoteles hi!. Oswaldo oversees the western and central region, implementing operational and administrative processes. Oswaldo has full control over various areas such as Human Resources, Sales, Accounting, and Customer Service.

From 2007 to 2011, Oswaldo attended the Tecnológico de Monterrey and obtained a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering.

In 2013 and 2014, they enrolled at the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) and completed a Diploma in Finance.

Oswaldo pursued their higher education at the Universidad Anáhuac del Sur, A.C. from 2014 to 2017, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Administration and General Business Management.

In addition to their academic degrees, Oswaldo also obtained certification in Sensitization and Internal Auditor in HACCP from SGS in April 2017. Oswaldo also received a Tipo Inspección Federal certification from SAGARPA/SENASICA in June 2012.
