Mike Batty

Mike Batty is an experienced professional in the construction materials industry, currently serving as Branch Manager at Hy-Ten Group Ltd since December 2019, where responsibilities include sales and manufacturing of rebar and wire mesh. Previously, Mike held key positions such as National Sales Center Manager at Hanson Aggregates UK Ltd, and Readymix Business Manager at Tarmac Building Products Ltd, overseeing sales and operations for multiple concrete plants in Yorkshire and Humberside. From 2001 to 2013, Mike was involved with Lafarge in various roles including Major Projects Manager for the power generation sector and General Manager for the Lafarge Minimix Business. Mike's career also includes positions in logistics and internal sales management at Lafarge. Mike holds an HND in Minerals Processing & Materials Reclamation from Sheffield Hallam University, obtained between 1982 and 1985.
