Cody Wiltgen

Cody Wiltgen is an experienced Regional Human Resource Supervisor at Hy-Vee, Inc., with a tenure beginning in June 2003. In this role, Cody has developed relationships with retail locations and HR teams, facilitating the rollout and training of advanced technologies such as Workday. Previous positions at Hy-Vee include Human Resources Specialist, where Cody supported new HR Managers, and Catering Manager, where responsibilities included customer engagement and local marketing. Additional roles encompassed Recruiting Specialist, leading recruitment for new stores, as well as various positions within retail operations. Cody also has experience outside Hy-Vee, including a Groundskeeper role at Legacy Crossing Apartments, a Teller position at Siouxland National Bank, and a Radio DJ role at Waitt Broadcasting. Educationally, Cody holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Wayne State College and has studied at the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
