Ellen Ciarimboli has extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as a Director at Hy-Vee Inc. since August 2011, after holding the position of Assistant Director, Food Protection. Prior to this, Ellen was a Lab Assistant at the Midwest Wine and Grape Institute from May 2008 to July 2009. Ellen earned a Master of Science in Food Science & Nutrition from the University of Leeds in 2010 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Food Science from Iowa State University, obtained in 2009.
