Ian Ross

Ian Ross is an experienced food service professional with a career spanning over a decade in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Food Service Director at Hy-Vee, Inc. since September 2016, Ian also held the position of Kitchen Manager at the same company. Previous roles include Kitchen Manager at Green Mill Restaurant and Bar and Assistant Kitchen Manager at Green Mill Restaurants Inc. Ian began in the culinary field as a Line/Prep Cook at David's Chophouse and has also worked in customer service as a Slot Host at Harrah's Lake Tahoe and as a Card Dealer for Caesars Entertainment Corporation. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management from UW-Stout and an Associate of Arts from Inver Hills Community College.
