Shawn Crouse is an experienced executive with a strong background in the food industry, currently serving in multiple vice president roles at Hy-Vee, Inc. since 2021, including Vice President of Private Brands and Vice President of Supplier Relations, as well as Group Vice President of Industry Relations. Prior to joining Hy-Vee, Shawn Crouse spent over 22 years at Bimbo Bakeries USA, where the individual held the position of Director of Sales, leading sales and operations teams across the Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota market areas.
