Deloris Dockrey is a seasoned professional in the healthcare and community organizing sectors, with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Clinical Services at the Hyacinth AIDS Foundation since June 2006, Dockrey demonstrates strong critical thinking and decision-making skills while managing client and human resources issues. Previously, Dockrey held the position of Director of Community Organizing, focusing on public policy analysis and community action campaigns. From January 1999 to November 2005, Dockrey acted as the Executive Director of the Newark EMA HIV Health Services Planning Council, overseeing administrative functions, staff supervision, and event representation. Dockrey earned a Master’s degree in Public Health with a concentration in Public Health Policies from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and a Bachelor’s degree in Management with a minor in Psychology from Rutgers University - Newark.
