A global-minded leader hailing from Atlanta, GA, Melissa moved to Vancouver Island, BC in pursuit of the technology start-up experience as one of the first team-members at HYAS. Responsible for keeping the company focused, on-track, and efficient, Melissa runs the core business needs across Accounting & Finance, Human Resources and Operations departments. She has a demonstrated history of leading high-performance teams in multiple countries, with an emphasis on new program development and corporate culture needs in high growth environments. When not at the office, Melissa enjoys yoga, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends.
