Lakshmi Sridhar

Lakshmi Sridhar is a software engineer with extensive experience in application development and project leadership, currently working at MetLife Legal Plans since July 2020. Previously, Lakshmi contributed as a software developer for MetLife's Oracle HCM Cloud from January 2019 to July 2020, leading projects to streamline global compensation processes.
