Michelle Ronay

Michelle Ronay is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in bilingual customer service and education. Currently serving as a Bilingual Team Lead for the Attorney Success Team at MetLife Legal Plans since August 2005, Michelle has also held roles as a Bilingual Panel Representative and Bilingual Customer Service Representative within the same organization. Prior experience includes positions as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at Fox International and a Spanish Teacher at various educational institutions, including East Cleveland City Schools, Cardington-Lincoln Local Schools, and Padua Franciscan High School. Michelle holds an Education Certificate from John Carroll University, a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from The Ohio State University, and an Associate of Arts from Lakeland Community College.
