Alan Kubler is currently the Executive Chef at Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino, where they have been responsible for culinary operations since 2004. Managing a kitchen staff of 85, they oversee multiple restaurants and significant banquet facilities, generating substantial food and beverage sales. Previously, Alan held key culinary roles at prestigious establishments, including Executive Chef at Hyatt Regency Pittsburgh International Airport and Executive Sous Chef at Hyatt Regency Maui Resort & Spa. Alan began their culinary journey with a Professional Culinary Apprenticeship in Vienna, graduating with honors in 1986.
