Alexia Huggins, MBA, is a highly experienced professional in human resource management with over 10 years of expertise in fostering inclusive and diverse workplaces. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Global Diversity Talent Acquisition at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Alexia leads the strategy for engaging and hiring diverse talent across the organization. Previously, Alexia held roles at CNA Insurance, BMO Harris Bank, and CDW, where they developed recruitment strategies and built strong partnerships to enhance talent pipelines.
