Charlie Grappone

Charlie Grappone currently serves as the National Sales Account Lead at Hyatt and holds the position of Vice President at the South Carolina Business Travel Association, a chapter reactivated under Charlie's leadership. Prior experience includes a tenure as VP of Business Transient Sales for North America at citizenM hotels, where Charlie focused on maximizing sales team productivity and overseeing sales strategies for NYC-based hotels. Prior roles include Director of Sales at Millennium Hotels and Resorts and Concord Hospitality Enterprises, as well as various sales positions at Real Hospitality Group and Hersha Hospitality. Charlie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from SUNY Purchase and a high school diploma in Computer Science from Brooklyn Technical High School.
