Jackie Williams is a seasoned hospitality and sales & marketing professional with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Jackie spent 9 years in various operational roles at Southern Sun Hotels, progressing to Deputy General Manager, before transitioning into sales for the past 14 years. Currently, Jackie serves as the Cluster Director of Sales at Hyatt, following roles such as Director of Sales Marketing at Safari Court Hotel and Head of Sales at Pepperclub Hotel & Spa. Jackie holds a degree in Hospitality from Wits Hotel School.
