Oana Rugina

Oana Rugina is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Director of Sales at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts since October 2021. With a rich background in sales leadership, Oana previously held the position of Cluster Director of Sales at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) from December 2018 to June 2021. Further experience includes directing MICE groups and social events at Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts in Accra, Ghana, and at IHG® in both Danang, Vietnam, and Bahrain, where Oana also directed corporate sales. Oana’s career began at Hilton Hotels & Resorts in Romania, leading to various roles in operations and housekeeping, including a position as Executive Housekeeper at Al Rashid Hospital in Kuwait. Oana holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from Romanian-American University.
