Kate Elsner

Kate Elsner is a Senior Counsel, Litigation at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where they actively manage and resolve a diverse range of disputes, including contract and antitrust cases. Previously, they served as a Litigation Associate at Latham & Watkins and Winston & Strawn LLP. Kate also gained valuable experience through internships at the United States Attorney's Office and the Special Tribunal for Lebanon. They hold a JD-LLM in Law and International Human Rights from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, a BSFS in International History from Georgetown University, and an MA in Irish Studies from Queen's University Belfast.
