Mark McGoey has extensive experience in the hospitality and airline industries, notably serving at Hyatt Hotels Corporation from October 2018 to March 2024 in various leadership roles including Associate Vice President - Loyalty, Americas and Franchise. In this capacity, Mark was instrumental in implementing strategic loyalty initiatives and collaborating with senior stakeholders to enhance brand and commercial performance. Prior roles included Director of Loyalty & Brands and Director of Partnerships, where Mark managed global financial services partnerships and developed the World of Hyatt Business Credit Card. Prior to Hyatt, Mark worked at United Airlines in revenue management from August 2006 to August 2010, gaining expertise in pricing and inventory management. Mark also took a noteworthy career break from August 2010 to June 2011 to travel and volunteer internationally. Educationally, Mark holds a BA in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and completed a certification in Design Thinking from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
