Michele Haynes

Michele Haynes is an accomplished legal and business professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Structured Transactions at Hyatt Hotels Corporation since January 2015, Michele has held several key positions within the company, including Vice President of Capital Strategy and Vice President & Assistant General Counsel. Prior experience includes roles as Associate at GoodSmith Gregg & Unruh from 2008 to January 2015 and at Goldberg Kohn from September 2006 to August 2008, along with a brief position as Summer Associate at Warner Norcross & Judd LLP in 2004. Michele holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Michigan.
