Ronisha Goodwin

Ronisha Goodwin has over two decades of experience in human resources and diversity, equity, and inclusion within the hospitality industry, with a career at Hyatt Hotels Corporation spanning from 2001 to the present. In April 2008, Ronisha assumed the role of Director of Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion after serving in various leadership positions, including Senior Manager of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Regional Director of Human Resources Operations. Prior to this, Ronisha held human resources roles at Hyatt Regency properties, starting as Employment Manager at Hyatt Orlando and progressing to Director of Human Resources at Hyatt Regency New Brunswick. Ronisha earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from The Ohio State University.
